The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for drywall projects, ensuring all costs are accounted for, and helping in the successful bidding of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for drywall installation projectsReview project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirementsConduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimationCollaborate with project managers and subcontractors to validate estimates and ensure accuracyUtilize software tools for estimating, including QuickBid and On Screen Takeoff (OST), to enhance productivity and accuracyMaintain organized records of estimates, project details, and relevant correspondenceAnalyze costs and prepare reports to support project proposalsQualifications3+ years experience commercial drywall estimating experienceProficiency with OST & QuickBid requiredExperience with variety of commercial drywall projectsStrong knowledge of drywall materials and installation processesExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits Salary $85-100k base Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match Annual bonus Holiday pay PTO Relocation available!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
