Job Details:Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical ManagerAward-winning I&E automation systems integrator seeks experienced Automation, Instrumentation and Electrical Service Manager able to lead service team / automation technicians:10 years of I&E Industrial Oilfield experience in management of running an I&E Operation in west Texas.Degree is a plus but not required.Ability to manage and lead a team of 20-40 field electricians and apprentices along with I&E Technicians and Automation technicians.Computer literate using Microsoft products, ADP, etc.Has relationships in the Permian/Delaware to help drive more business.Has relationships with Electrical Supervisors, Electricians and apprentices that he can bring to the organization.Lives in the Permian region and can commute to the field from Carlsbad, New Mexico to Big Spring TexasAbility to put together Bid Packages for projects, Help manage fleet vehicles, Help with Safety meetings and policy roll outs, Interface with existing customers and develop new customers for the operation.Has project management skillsets for tracking project financials and burn rates.Ability to work with our current vendors and make sure our vendors are giving us the best pricing to be competitive in the west Texas market.This position will report to the Director of I&ENeeds to live within a 40-mile radius of our office in Monahan's, Texas.Salary and benefits will be discussed if selected from our interviews.Must be willing to travel if needed.Tremendous opportunity with a national automation systems integrator!FT, permanent, direct hire!To apply, submit your resume to PD@Patrick DelGaonepd@#Controls#Midsenior
