Executive Chef 2

Role Overview:  Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens MA.  The current food landscape consist of Cafe that is open for Breakfast and Lunch only, a Micro-Market, Office Coffee Services, and Catering Operations.  The Executive Chef 2 is the lead Culinarian and responsible for overseeing the day to day food production for the operation.   Incentives: Predominately a M-F schedule from 6am to 3:30pm, with some evenings and weekends What You'll Do: menu planningorderinginventoryfood costhands on cooking 50% of the timecatering productionsafety and sanitationmanaging a team of 6 hourly employees (5 cooks and 1 utility)will take on the duties of the GM in his/her absence What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
