Role Overview: Sodexo is hiring a Child Nutrition District Manager to lead our partnership with Fort Worth ISD in Fort Worth, TX"”a diverse district of 70,000 students across 120+ schools. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who champions child health and nutrition, drives operational excellence, and fosters innovation in meal programs aligned with USDA and TDA guidelines. This role requires a strong communicator with financial savvy, community focus, and a passion for student success. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students' well-being and performance.   Incentives: Annual incentive eligible, relocation assistance and car allowance What You'll Do: Lead daily operations and strategic planning for FWISD's child nutrition programEnsure USDA/TDA regulatory compliance and food safety standards (HACCP)Develop diverse, student-focused menus that support nutrition educationDeliver budgeted financial performance and monitor inventory controlBuild and maintain strong client and community relationshipsOversee training, coaching, and supervision of the nutrition team What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring: 5+ years of leadership experience in K-12 school nutritionProven ability to lead high-performing, inclusive teamsStrong financial and operational acumen with a detail-oriented mindsetPassion for child wellness and community-focused serviceExperience managing compliance in regulated food service environmentsSkilled in building relationships across stakeholders at all levelsBilingual preferred.
