Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Multi-Service General Manager to lead a site of critical core services across a high-profile account for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client located in Collegeville, PA. This role functions as the leader for multiple facility services, in a single account. You are the point of contact for our client in managing the day-to-day business for facility services such as but not limited to Pest Control, Grounds Keeping, Landscaping, Mechanical, HVAC, Janitorial, Security, Labs, and more.    What You'll Do: Oversight of facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleanliness standards to ensure safe and efficient operations across all facilities.Manage external providers and vendors, ensuring high service standards and timely resolution of issues. Provide oversight through planned and unplanned site visits; implement new technology, processes, and resources across all facilities under contract. Develop and execute strategies aligned with client goals, including capital project planning, service enhancements, and innovation. Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and expenditure control.Serve as the primary liaison for the client; build and maintain a strong partnership while supporting contract negotiations and strategic discussions.Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and expenditure control.Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, training, and performance managementOther duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
