Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What you get to do:Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional mannerAssist Guest Correspondence Supervisor with various special projectsBecome an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions that support company initiativesMonitor and update multiple park social media outlets for content and accuracy, reply to guest inquiries in a real time environment, and coordinate park responsesActively seek to change negative guest sentiment through strategically engaging with the social followings and providing value based concern resolution.Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal guest online reviews.Correspond with guests regarding their visit to our parks through email, phone, written, online, and face to face dialogueMaintain content and continuously update ride wait times for in park mobile appAssist as needed with new web, mobile and app development and managementLiaison with Operations staff on digital strategies, initiatives, reviews, issues, etc.Maintain daily paperwork, records of guest correspondence and provide analysis to senior leadershipMonitoring weather and communicating weather conditions to all departments, maintaining accurate logs and records as it relates to changing weather codes.Work hours include park operating hours in all operating schedules (HOS, Christmas Town, Summer Nights)Perform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed: Be at least 18 years old (Preferred)Have a High School diploma or GED (Preferred)Have 6 months of park experience (Internal only)Have excellent negotiating and communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to a number of different audiencesBe proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsHave strong guest relations skillsHave a professional demeanorHave strong technical aptitude including understanding or ability to learn multiple content management systems and digital suitesAbility to use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues with guest pass member account(s), mobile app issues, and website issues.Enthusiastic, confident performer and team player with the ability and passion to work in a demanding and fast paced environmentAbility to manage and prioritize diverse projectsValid Driver's License and ability to meet company driving guidelines (Preferred)Be able to work up to 28 hours per week with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidaysWhat else is important: Be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds occasionallyBe able to sit for long periods of timePerform tasks that require occasional bending from waist to floor, kneeling and squatting, and reaching overheadPosition will perform frequent simple hand grasping and fine manipulation (use of keyboard/writing) workBe able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
