Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information.The ideal candidates we are seeking will be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values: Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.What Your Day May Look Like:Greet customers and client employees.Monitor Entrance/exits at front of store.Complete daily activity, incident reports and logs via client system.Provide an atmosphere in which all customers, client employee's and management know their needs are being met. Present a good image to the client, client employee's and customer's.Monitor exits and entrances.What We Offer:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability Insurance, EAP, Plus 401K Options.Virtual Medical Appointments With Telemedicine.Paid Time Off, Weekly Pay, Paid Training, & Free Uniforms. Discounts On Childcare, Pet Daycare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & So Much More!Position Requirements:18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED Required. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift. Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have Day / Swing shift availability. Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills a plus. Intermediate computer / technology skills required to ensure completion of daily activity reports, logs, incident reports and clock in, clock out. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist customers, vendors, drivers, general public, co-workers, Asset Protection, and Office Management. Must be open to communication and feedback from client employees and Office Management. Must be able to stand for majority of shift, take 10 minute breaks, and adhere to lunch period. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, and in one location. Must be able to respond to emergencies, with rapid and effective judgment, and use appropriate escalation and force if required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, remain organized and professional, and check customer receipts. Must be able to learn, and adhere to security operations. Must to provide high quality customer service in-person, over the phone, and via radio. Must have a personal vehicle, Colorado Driver's License and clean driving record. Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily. Must be able to obtain Colorado Guard Card License if needed. Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person orientation if hired.All candidates must be willing to participate in our background check process.See a different world.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabilities#AF-NCRMHPSecuritas employees come from all walks of life, bringing with them a variety of distinctive skills and perspectives.
