Wallpaper Hanger

Responsibilities:As a Paper Hanger, you will be responsible for expertly measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper and wall coverings to a variety of surfaces. Your keen attention to detail and craftsmanship will ensure high-quality finishes that enhance interior spaces. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work with different materials and textures.Delivering flawless wallpaper installations with precision and care.Effectively preparing surfaces to ensure smooth and long-lasting applications.Managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.Communicating clearly with clients and team members to understand project requirements.Staying updated on the latest wallpaper trends, techniques, and materials.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED (preferred)Vocational training in painting, wallcovering, or interior finishing (a plus)Experience:Previous experience in wallpaper installation or a related trade (painting, drywall, etc.)Experience working with different textures and specialty wall coveringsFamiliarity with using tools such as smoothing brushes, seam rollers, and trimming knivesPortfolio or work samples demonstrating past projects (preferred)Certifications:Wallcovering Installers Association (WIA) Certification is a bonusOSHA Safety Certification 10 or higher
