Title: Trial Attorney - Medical MalpracticeSalary: $175k-$200k/yrLocation: Hybrid in DTLAPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trial Attorney specialized in Medical Malpractice to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for representing clients in complex medical malpractice cases, working effectively both as a first chair and second chair attorney in trials and arbitration settings.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in medical malpractice cases from inception through trial and appeal.Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Develop case strategies and present arguments in court during trials and arbitrations.Manage all aspects of case preparation, including discovery and witness preparation.Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to gather evidence and build strong cases.Negotiate settlements with opposing parties when appropriate.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 3 years of experience in trial litigation, specifically in medical malpractice cases.Proven experience as a first chair and second chair attorney in trials.Strong understanding of medical malpractice laws and regulations.Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
