Area Property Manager

Overview:We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven property manager to oversee a 72-unit apartment complex and 2-4 nearby smaller properties. You'll lead leasing, operations, and team performance with autonomy, while reporting directly to ownership. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations at the properties Oversee leasing, unit turns, maintenance, and resident experience Drive performance KPIs including occupancy, turn time, and resident retention Supervise and support on-site staff Requirements: 3+ years in multifamily property management (50-150 units) Strong AppFolio skills, or similar PMS Proven leadership and accountability Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 base + bonuses + mileage reimbursement Health, 401k, Life insurance, PTO
