We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Generator, Fuel and Fleet Manager to oversee our organization's generator systems, fuel management, and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust tracking systems for training, logs, and maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Generator Management:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all generator systemsTrack and manage generator performance, fuel consumption, and efficiencyEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding generator operationsCoordinate regular inspections and testing of generator systems along with Engineering teamFuel Management:Oversee fuel inventory, ordering, and delivery processesImplement fuel tracking systems to monitor usage and identify inefficienciesEnsure proper fuel storage and handling procedures are followedFleet Management:Manage the organization's vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling and repairsImplement and maintain a fleet tracking system to monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumptionManage fleet and equipment-related risks and ensure compliance with JLL Cardinal Rules of Safety and other relevant HSSE procedures.Coordinate vehicle acquisitions and disposalsTraining Program Management:Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff on generator operations, fuel management, and fleet safetyTrack employee training completion and certificationsMaintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with required certificationsLog and Documentation Management:Establish and maintain detailed logs for generator operations, fuel usage, and fleet activitiesEnsure accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairsImplement digital solutions for efficient log tracking and reportingMonitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs for fleet vehicles, generators, and fuel equipment to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.Maintenance Planning:Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to develop long-term maintenance plans for generators, fuel systems, and fleet vehiclesCreate and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocationAnalyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement proactive measuresReporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on generator performance, fuel consumption, and fleet operationsAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesPresent findings and recommendations to managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in fleet and equipment management or related roleStrong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing, and disposal processesExperience in managing generators and fuel equipment operations and maintenanceFamiliarity with emission standards and environmental regulations for vehicles and stationary equipmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in fleet and equipment management software and Microsoft Office suiteValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPreferred:Professional certification in fleet management (e.g., CAFM, NAFA) or equipment managementExperience with sustainability initiatives in fleet and equipment managementKnowledge of HSE policies and procedures in a corporate environmentFamiliarity with energy management and efficiency practices for generators and fuel systems
