This position performs various duties related to servicing mortgage loans, including but not limited to daily deposits, administrative processing, owner communication, and clerical tasks. All support functions must be completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner. This position is responsible for assisting all members of the Loan Servicing staff. Position Summary: Service VIP portfolio that includes processing payments, updating accounts, processing refunds, and canceling accounts in the applicable systems. Daily, manual re-attempts of Credit Cards which did not get a successful authorization Works EFT Task Queue to adjust interest rates and payment amounts for all mortgage portfolios Manages impaired accounts to adjust interest rates, payment amounts, and payment methods Communicates to owners regarding credit card maintenance (upcoming expiration dates, declined payments, etc) Post payments for the Loan Servicing Department Coordinate the receipt and assignment of daily tasks across multiple platforms ensuring timely and accurate completion Update accounts in servicing system for consistency with sale documents Email owners to notify of upcoming credit card expiration within servicing system Create & maintain department process & procedures identifying areas of improvement where possible Required Qualifications: Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, Must have a good command of Excel functions. Possess strong organizational skills, team work spirit and attention to detail.
