Lab System Owner

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Lab System Owner to join their team. As a Lab System Owner, you will be part of the operations supporting critical manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lab System Owner Location: Bedford, Massachusetts What's the Job? Act as the end-to-end owner for designated instrument-related software systems, ensuring uptime, compliance, and performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system-related manufacturing issues. Perform system administration, configuration, validation support, and periodic system reviews. Ensure systems meet all GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, and Data Integrity requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lifecycle management and project execution. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in a Technical System Owner, Application Administrator, or GMP System Support role within pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing. Demonstrated experience supporting software tied to manufacturing or laboratory instrumentation. Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, audit trail review, and data integrity best practices. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticketing and documentation. Proven ability to operate under 24/7 support expectations, including availability for on-call or escalated support. What's in it for me?
