Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager Pay Rate: $51.00/hour Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office, flexible based on team priorities) - 435 Hudson Street New York NY 10014 United States Interview Process: Up to 3 rounds OVERVIEW: Kiehl's is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to support its Global E-commerce operations. This role will oversee daily operations and partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of site experiences and content delivery. A strong background in e-commerce, digital design, and project management is essential, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage end-to-end Product Detail Page (PDP) processes across cross-functional teams Serve as the primary contact for global and market-specific content and site requests Own and update the Global Animation Calendar Track asset adoption and usage across markets Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality and accuracy across global websites Manage digital assets using PIM/DAM systems Ensure quality assurance of animation packages before release Conduct ongoing competitive and market research Oversee and execute Animation Campaigns from briefing to QA and release Collaborate with the Technical PM to maintain the brand's master site and ensure proper asset specs and sizing Lead logistics and planning for Kiehl's Annual Global Digital Forum Act as the bridge between the Site Experience Team and Site Content Team, ensuring full alignment, documentation, and delivery of all project assets Maintain weekly project trackers, manage deliverables, and document all meetings with immediate follow-ups REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, with proven success in driving sales and enhancing the digital consumer journey Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Experience working with global markets; APAC experience is a plus Strong knowledge of current e-commerce trends, strategies, and best practices Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Strong project management experience"”preferably someone seasoned, not entry-level Experience with site content management, QA, and digital asset management systems (PIM/DAM) Familiarity with the beauty or fashion industry is helpful but not required Passionate about project management with a proactive and collaborative mindset If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
