Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is looking for a lead Licensed Veterinary Technician to join their growing team! If you're an experienced, skilled LVT, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career. Some of your responsibilities for this role include team scheduling, training, monitoring hospital flow, inventory management, and conflict resolution. This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. Full-time benefits and compensation**: Compensation: $31-35 per hour, for each hour worked* Bonus package: $2000 CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Required qualifications and skillset: Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Washington 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting Proficient and confident in anesthetic monitoring, surgical assistance, and dental prophy Experience with mentorship and training Get to know us: We are a busy, growing, two doctor practice and although our practice has a steady workflow, we don't lose sight of our team members and offer a great work-life balance.
