Facilities HVAC Technician

Summary of Job: Lays out, assembles, and clean all areas of residential HVAC installations including any ductwork, coils, blowers, and dryer venting systems.Education and ExperienceMinimum of three (3) years of field experienceHigh school diploma or GEDSkills and Abilities:Can effectively teach helpers or newer lead the trade and the Lee Company wayObserve and plan duct cleanings on residential and light commercial systems from 1 to 5-ton unitsEffectively observe and plan to complete duct cleaning on 2 system homes in the same day with one crewEffective observe and plan to completed duct cleaning on 2 separate units at 2 separate location from 1.5 to 3-ton duct systemsEffectively clean all types of hard metal dryer ventsReplace any flexible type dryer vents with 4 in hard metalReplace dryer vent termination on outside of the housePull and clean indoor blowersChemically clean evaporator coils as needed without removing them from the systemSet up and operate negative air duct cleaning machineProperly seal duct connections and duct systems with masticProperly cut in and install supply boots, return grills, and minor duct repairs as neededCompany Perks & BenefitsOur mission at Lee Company is to create a workplace where our employees can thrive, and we back that up with action.
