We want Estimators who will want to succeed and thrive!Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and a proven track record of successfully delivering diverse projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.Ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate workflow.Conduct regular site inspections and implement safety protocols.Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and upper management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Experience in QSR, commercial, multifamily, office buildings, tenant improvement, retail, warehouse, distribution center, and restaurants is a plus.BenefitsPTOMedical, Dental, Vision401KEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
