Enjoy the surroundings and excitement that our amazing resort offers such as incredible outdoor recreational opportunities, including horseback riding, airboat and swamp buggy rides, trap & skeet range, full-service marina and award-winning Saturday night rodeo.Job DescriptionAs a Housekeeping Manager, you will:Respond quickly to guest requests and follow-upsSupervise and motivate all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfactionParticipate in interviewing and hiring team members with the appropriate skillsProvide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performanceManage the procurement and inventory of linen and supplies to ensure operational efficiencyDevelop and administer work schedules to optimize team coverage and productivityMaintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort-wideTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
