Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating a collaborative and solution-focused work environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing ground-up builds, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutCollaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are metDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost trackingOversee RFI, submittals, and change order processesConduct job site visits and ensure quality control and jobsite safety complianceLead project meetings and provide consistent communication to stakeholdersManage contracts, billing, and project documentationQualifications5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (ground-up experience required)Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and construction methodsProficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA supportive team-oriented cultureEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
