This person will integrate automated client systems to reduce energy costs, ensure 100% up-time, monitor key components, and maintain competitiveness.The Field Controls Technician will support new construction projects at customer sites and is a responder for hands-on equipment new installation and troubleshooting up to full operation. Our committed team works as a technical resource to support the full physical infrastructure of their customer's buildings that store mission-critical data and equipment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSystem Installation, Checkout, Integration, Testing and Commissioning SupportIgnition TrainingKnowledge of ProCorePrograming IPCs, HMIs, PLCs, Managed Switches, PQM's etc.Expand and develop system integration experience.Provide feedback to the Engineering team about technical documentation, mechanical/electrical/plumbing diagrams, sequences of operation, and operating procedures.Utilize time management, teamwork, communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skillsTrain other team members as a part of an ongoing team development effortQualificationsBasic Experience QualificationsEducation/Training:2 years of experience in a technical field.Technical training from military training, trade school, university, or college and relevant working experience equivalent to a2-year degree in STEM is a plusPrior experience working with:Data CentersPLC programmingHMI developmentSCADA creationNetworkingTroubleshootingElectrical drawingsPreferred Experience QualificationsPrior experience with protocols:MODBUCompany Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision with Company Contributions401(k) Plan with Company MatchCompany Paid Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term DisabilityPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)This position is bonus eligible.Company Car and Fuel Card with clean driving recordEmployee Assistance ProgramHanely Energy is a V-3 Certified EmployerEEO is our Policy and the Law!
