This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong payroll background and attention to detail to help ensure payroll accuracy, manage compliance across 20+ states, and optimize AP workflows. You'll join a team that is actively building structure and scalability, playing a critical role in establishing internal processes as the company continues to expand.Responsibilities:Process payroll across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate execution aligned with company policies and regulatory requirementsOwn state registration, tax withholding, and unemployment account compliance across jurisdictionsManage accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, entry, and paymentPerform reconciliations for bank statements and vendor accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR and Operations to support audits, policy development, and process improvementsRequirements:3+ years of experience in both accounts payable and payroll processing (multi-state exposure preferred)Familiarity with Paycom or similar payroll platformsProficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze large data setsWorking knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
