Litigation Associate

Lateral Link is closely assisting a Top Am Law 100 firm regarding its search for a midlevel Litigation Associate. You will work with a team of accomplished and skilled attorneys that is close-knit and takes pride in training, mentorship, and development of associates.The ideal candidate will have:· 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, preferably from a peer firm· Experience in taking/defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions, along with stand-up courtroom experience· Experience in securities, antitrust, or class action litigation is a plus· Top academic credentials· A license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)This is a rare opportunity to work on a diversity of complex matters for sophisticated clients in a supportive environment.
