LPO Escrow Officer

Job description Close residential and commercial purchase and sale and refinance real estate transactions;Review contracts between parties for duties and responsibilities of the escrow/closing agent;Review title reports and/or UCC searches for property/assets being transferred and clear any liens;Prepare settlement statements and closing disclosure statements;Prepare and issue closing protection letters, payoff requests, and transfer documents;Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and referral sources;Supervise escrow assistants and mobile notaries.Full-time with generous benefits; Pay $20 - $50 per hourExperience:Fair Housing Regulations: 1 year (Preferred)Loan Processing: 1 year (Preferred)LPO Escrow: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:LPO (Limited Practice Officer) (Preferred)
