This role involves manually sorting pallets, using hand tools to remove debris, and operating a forklift to transport pallets. Collaboration, safety, and attention to detail are essential, along with performing basic forklift maintenance tasks.MeasuresDaily Production MetricsProfitCustomer SatisfactionMajor/Key AccountabilitiesPallet SortingSort pallets as they are moved from loading docks to sort line/area.Removes debris and trash from pallets.Determines pallet quality.Material Handling & Forklift Operation:Operate the forklift to efficiently move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the plant facility.Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
