Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates Litigation. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, represent clients in complex litigation matters, and manage trust administration issues. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning and dispute resolution, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal representation and advice to clients in Trusts & Estates litigation mattersDraft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsConduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomesRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiationsManage trust administration processes and ensure compliance with relevant lawsCollaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop effective legal strategiesMentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff in Trusts & Estates lawQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the State BarMinimum of 4 years of experience in Trusts & Estates litigationStrong understanding of trust administration and related legal issuesExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsProven track record of successful litigation outcomesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationshipsEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
