Heavy Civil Superintendent

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee federal construction projects including civil and vertical scope. This position will be representing the Prime Contractor on critical infrastructure projects. For serious consideration, candidates must have completed at least 2 projects in the last 7 years exceeding $10M in contract value. E: lindsay.larson@Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise construction operations and personnel to ensure compliance with federal regulations.Manage construction field activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate with federal agencies and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols during construction and operational phases.Conduct regular inspections of job sites and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Develop a comprehensive Construction Execution Plan outlining the overall strategy for completing the project including: defining project scope, objectives, methodologies, and procedures.Collaborate with Project Manager and Planning Engineer to develop a detailed project schedule that outlines all phases of construction, including key milestones and deadlines.Develop Resource Plan to identify all necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, tools, and consumables required for the project.Provide training and support to staff in operations and construction activities.Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and compliance.Qualifications10+ years of civil construction experience. 5+ years of proven experience as a Superintendent on projects of similar size and scope.Bachelors Degree (Preferred, but requirement can be waived with significant experience and letters of recommendation)OSHA 30 Experience in construction resource management, including planning and execution.Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of Primavera and similar programs BenefitsSalary 135-175k (based on experience) Discretionary bonus Profit sharing Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
