Associate Attorney

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, with a particular focus on workers compensation, personal injury, and construction defect litigation. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while contributing to the success of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior attorneys in preparing and managing casesConduct legal research and draft legal documentsRepresent clients in negotiations and court appearancesManage communications with clients, opposing counsel, and other partiesAssist in the development of case strategies and legal argumentsStay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to workers compensation and personal injuryCollaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive case managementQualificationsJurisdictions license to practice law2-4+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Workers comp, or Personal Injury J.D. from an accredited law schoolStrong understanding of workers compensation and personal injury lawExperience in litigation and trial preparationExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsPrevious experience in construction defect cases is a plusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
