Must have experience in custody & child support, divorce, property distribution, and litigation. Must have strong courtroom advocacy and be an active member of the North Carolina State Bar in good standing.This position is 100% REMOTE. Must live in the Charlotte, NC area to attend court hearings***If you are an Attorney with 5+ years of Family Law experience, please read on!What You Will Be Doing Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child support & custody, property distribution, and other modifications. Conduct client consultations, legal guidance, and provide case updates.
