Aspire2B is searching for a Cook for our Rusty Taco Fast Casual Concept. This position impacts the long-term viability of the company by creating great food, exceeding guest expectations, and ensuring proper sanitation, portion and quality standards.YOU WILL:Sets-up, maintains, and operates the station using prep sheets and station charts.Develop food according to standardized recipes.Prep and prepares food items at correct temperatures within specified timeframes.Package/ serve orders according to guidelines.Adhere to SERV Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.Develop strong working relationships within the team.WE SEEK:Customer centric, committed to supporting the customer.Strong verbal communication and listening skills.Minimum one (1) + year of kitchen experience in the restaurant industry, preferred. Benefits:Cash tips at the end of each day, including credit card tips (hourly wage + average $2-$3 additional per hour). Employee MealFlexible scheduling Fun co-workers and management
