General Liability Defense AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled General Liability Defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in cases involving general liability, ensuring their rights are protected and providing expert legal counsel. This role requires a strong understanding of various areas of liability law, including toxic tort, personal injury, and premises liability.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in general liability defense cases including personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, construction defect and premises liability. We are also open to toxic tort candidates.Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues related to liability cases.Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court as necessary.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to manage cases effectively.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting liability defense.QualificationsBarred in CAJ.D. degree from an accredited law school3+ years of experience in general liability defense, Willingness to work on a variety of case mattersExperience with construction defect and trucking accident cases is a plusExcellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
