HVAC Project Manager/Estimator

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, project management, and estimating, with the ability to coordinate between various stakeholders and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HVAC projects from initial estimate through to project completionPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for HVAC projectsReview and interpret HVAC drawings and specificationsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with all safety and building codesMonitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlinesMaintain communication with clients regarding project status and any issues that arisePrepare reports and presentations on project progress and financial statusQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience in HVAC project management and estimating3+ Years of ExperienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP conceptsProficiency in Quickpen and other estimating softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCertification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plusBenefitsHealth/Vision/Dental InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort & Long-term Disability401k/Profit SharingEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
