Quality Manager – Drive Excellence, Lead InnovationNote: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. As a key player in our mission to deliver high-performance print and coating solutions, we're looking for a Quality Manager who can lead our quality team, strengthen our systems, and drive innovation.What You’ll DoAs our next Quality Manager, you’ll:Lead and mentor a high-performing team of quality engineers.Own and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) across the sites.Champion a data-driven, customer-focused quality culture.Partner with teams across operations, supply chain, commercial, and R&D.Drive continuous improvement projects and lead root-cause investigations.Maintain and report key quality metrics to senior leadership.Lead our plants toward quality metric achievement, including: >99.5% Q-Metric performance, What You’ll LeadCompany-wide QMS standardization and performance improvement plans.A cross-functional effort to identify and implement 3+ new quality innovations within 12 months.Development programs to boost internal knowledge and compliance across departments.What You Bring5+ years in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or operations roles; 3+ years leading teams in manufacturing or operations.Preferred degree in Engineering, Paper Science, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Experience with QMS, root cause tools, and quality software.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data dashboards.A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
