Crystal Clean offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.The Senior Director, Commercial supports and manages multiple administration duties related to the Crystal Clean Industrial Services (CC IS) organization. He/She will be responsible for the administration functions supporting our sales and operation teams for Crystal Clean Industrial Services to include all assets under the department; PES, Patriot, and WRS. Key oversite and day-to-day management over our CRM, Marketing, Proposal, and Contractor teams.This associate will collaborate/work closely with CC functional departments, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Safety, Operations, and Sales. The Senior Director of Sales Operations will participate in strategy regarding business communications, incentives, performance management and training requirements.This position will establish goals, standards, and metrics for the CC IS business. Measuring/monitoring improvement, sharing best practices, continually evolving business requirements.Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:CRM Management:Overall CRM management for the industrial services business.Build and manage multiple reporting to support pipelineDesign vertical and services data for reporting informationCreate weekly and monthly pipeline reportingProposal Management: Manage Proposal Department and Staff.Work with the sales teams in building, positioning, closing and forecasting large strategic deals, including acting as the liaison between Sales teams and other stakeholders' partners involved in the deal structuring process (e.g. Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.);Perform initial RFP Analysis and recommend bid/no-bid decision;Respond to RFPs within self-imposed deadlines through the assessment of requirements, utilization and coordination of resources, and task prioritization.Create, generate and revise proposal materials and the contents relating to specific customer requirements and unique value points for the integrated solution.Implement, improve and supervise proposal processes and sales processes (proposal development through contracting and hand over to Ops).Marketing Management Manage IS CC Marketing Department and staff.Assist in the creation of marketing budgets, both annual and project based.Gather and analyze information to identify potential new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.Manage all digital marketing efforts, such as those on social media channels, SEO, target and recurring end market analysis and contact lists, Patriot's website, and online advertising.Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Contract ManagementManage IS CC contract employees and processes.Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customersEnsure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintainedMeet with customers to discuss both legal and business mattersProvide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generationCreate, prepare, review and edit all contractsProvide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changesAdditional DutiesCommission Plan ManagementApproval Matrix DocumentsKEY EXPERIENCEBachelors' degree; Masters' degree preferred.5 or more years of experience in Environmental Services SegmentProven ability to develop annual operating plans with clearly defined objectives.Proven and consistent track record for meeting and exceeding operating targets.Ability to deliver on plan and achieve goals.KEY SKILLSMust have knowledge and ability to bring structure and continuity across all of the retail stores.Able to create/maintain a highly engaged team driven to high performance.Capable of setting and communicating clear expectations.Create/Maintain an environment of transparency and trust.Able to hold yourself and team accountable to standards and expectations.Talent oriented with results focused management.Be able to travel to field locations 25%Crystal Clean LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
