Responsibilities · Based on experience, support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines; · Partner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; this may include leading and managing small solutioning teams to accomplish the above · Understanding various financial risk and compliance related data associated with the business line and various upstream/downstream IT systems. · Performing data gap analysis, systems, processes, and procedures as required for the project. · Documenting functional, data mapping, reporting logic and other requirements. · Communicating requirement to development and QA, performing testing, coordinating UAT testing and assisting production implementation. · Contributing to process re-engineering and process improvement where applicable. · Supporting user training and documentation as needed. · Reporting team working status and raise concerns or issues that may hinder the project progress as planned to management and PMs. Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources (e.g., service lines, SBUs, on/offshore delivery teams) and Partners on behalf of project goals, often-changing client needs, and ultimately client delight; · Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership, establishing a consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community, and participating in professional organizations; Qualifications 9+ years working in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the banking/financial services industry Experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems re-engineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company. Work Authorization · Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $158,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
