Attorney (Labor & Employment Litigation)Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Labor and Employment Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, labor law, and litigation, with a focus on class action cases. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and developing strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment matters to clients.Represent clients in litigation, including class action lawsuits, before courts and administrative agencies.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law and litigation trends.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in CA state.3+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation.Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations.Strong knowledge of employment law and labor law principles.Proven track record in handling class action lawsuits.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
