Superintendent - CIPP/Underground Infrastructure

We're currently expanding our office in Southern California and looking to add a Superintendent to our team! Could this be you?Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of construction projects related to underground utilities and infrastructure.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on the job site.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Manage project budgets and resources effectively to prevent overruns.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically in underground utilities and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices related to underground utility work.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + BonusFull Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) with Company MatchLife InsuranceContinued Education AssistanceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
