Leasing AgentMarous Management Services is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent in Willoughby, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries to generate prospective residents, resulting in maintained and increased occupancy. You will also be responsible for communicating with existing residents and establishing a successful renewal program.Requirements:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent2 years of previous experience within the residential leasing industry or 1 year of sales experience preferredPay: $15.00-$18.00/hour, plus leasing and renewal commissionsBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionShort- and Long-Term Disability401kLife InsurancePaid Time OffBonusesAdditional Responsibilities:Obtain lease information and complete lease applicationsAnswer phones and respond to leasing inquiriesWork to achieve budget goals for occupancyEnsure individual keys are issued and returned upon moveoutCollect and record rental payments, application fees, security deposits, etc.Prepare and process resident service requestsMaintain lease filesAssist in maintaining office record keeping systemPerform move-in and move-out inspectionsUpdate the daily, weekly and monthly activity on vacancy reportsPlan and assist with monthly resident eventsCheck vacant apartments on a weekly basisCollaborate with the Property Manager to assess changes in the rental marketPerform other duties related to the work as assigned
