Real Estate Attorney

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with experience in either transactional or litigation matters to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate issues, including complex commercial transactions and property disputes. The ideal candidate brings practical legal insight, client-first thinking, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, you can report out of either the Naples or Fort Myers office.Key ResponsibilitiesTransactional Real Estate Work:Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and loan documentsConduct survey and title review and assist with due diligenceAdvise clients through all phases of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financingCollaborate with lenders, developers, brokers, and title companiesReal Estate Litigation WorkRepresent clients in real property disputes including contract claims, lease disputes, title issues, and foreclosure actionsManage litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and court appearancesCoordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to resolve real estate disputes efficiently and effectivelyQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the state Bar (Florida Bar preferred if hiring in Florida)3+ years of experience in real estate law (either litigation, transactional, or a mix of both)Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with professionalismDesire to work in a collaborative team environmentBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes competitive pay, bonus program, employee events, health benefits, generous time off benefits, continuing education allowance, the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and more.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
