The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in drywall installation and acoustics while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage drywall and acoustics projects from inception to completionCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are metDevelop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycleConduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsPrepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial forecasts.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring effective communication among all parties involvedAssist in the preparation of project bids and proposalsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred)5+ years commercial project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial drywall, acoustics, interior finishes & metal stud framingExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsPMP cert (preferred)BenefitsSalary $110-130k baseMedical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchAnnual bonusPTOHoliday pay Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
