Our client, a large automotive parts importer, is seeking a PO & Vendor Management Specialist to join their team. As a PO & Vendor Management Specialist, you will be part of the Accounts Payable department supporting the procurement and vendor management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong prioritization skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: PO & Vendor Management Specialist Location: Oak Brook, IL (onsite) Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000/yr. What's the Job? Manage all vendor and P Card setup processes. Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop and implement the 1099 process. Understand and evaluate travel policies, recommending necessary changes. Assist in the creation and development of contract review policies, helping to define the process. Determine and oversee the vendor setup process. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required). Minimum of 4 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume organization. Experience with AS400, Oracle, and Concur software.
