SUMMARYAs a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will provide comprehensive tax advisory services, covering individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate taxes. Your responsibilities will include the calculation and analysis of customized tax strategies for clients. In this role, you will oversee and manage workflow among staff and senior team members, ensuring efficient scheduling and delivery of services. Additionally, you will offer timely and constructive feedback to your team, fostering professional growth and development. We prioritize ongoing education, ensuring our tax personnel stay current with the latest tax practices and legislative changes. Your in-depth industry knowledge will enable you to deliver exceptional service and insights to our clients.EMPLOYMENT STATUSExemptRESPONSIBILITIESReviews work on client engagements to ensure firm’s quality control procedures are followed.Informs partners of progress on engagements on a continuous basis. Identifies technical issues and brings recommended solutions to partner’s attention for timely action.Provides training, leadership, recognition, and administrative direction to motivate and develop team members.Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws as it relates to ownership of foreign entities by a U.S. person.Completes performance reviews and provides timely / constructive feedback.Understands the economics of the firm’s practice.
