Compensation: To $170K.Job Overview – International Tax Manager – 33583Our client is seeking a seasoned Manager, Tax Operations (International Tax) to lead international tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy in financial disclosures and maintaining a strong internal control environment. This role is key to managing U.S. international income tax processes, including tax forecasting, provisions (ASC 740), public filing disclosures (10-Q/10-K), and related technical guidance.RequirementsManage U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118, and 5713. Prepare and review international tax calculations (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, APB 23, FTCs). Lead quarterly and annual foreign ASC 740 tax provision reviews. Analyze international tax impacts and integrate tax planning, M&A, and transfer pricing into compliance. Collaborate with FP&A and Technical Accounting to support GAAP and non-GAAP reporting and forecasting. Liaise with external auditors (PWC) on international tax issues. Monitor tax legislation and assess impacts on compliance and effective tax rate (ETR). Qualifications5–8+ years of U.S. international tax experience, including compliance and provision work. CPA required, MST preferred. Expertise in ASC 740, international tax provisions under TCJA, and SEC reporting. Proficiency with tax software (OneSource, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel) and ERP systems (PeopleSoft a plus). Strong technical research and analytical skills. 1–3 years of people management experience. Collaborative leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
