Diving Supervisor & Superintendent

We are actively seeking a skilled full-time Diving Supervisor & Superintendent to join our team. The Diving Supervisor & Superintendent oversees all diving operations, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations and is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of diving activities and leading the diving team. ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise all diving operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.Organize and oversee the dive plan.Supervise the dive team and ensure effective communication between divers and surface support.Keeping detailed records of each dive, including equipment checks, diver health assessments, and dive logs.Conduct pre-dive meetings to brief divers on hazards and emergency procedures.Assess and maintain all diving equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.Provide training and guidance to new divers and ensure all team members are up to date with the latest techniques and safety protocolEnsure all diving operations comply with state, federal, and international regulations and standards.Monitor the health and fitness of divers before, during, and after dives to ensure they are fit for duty.QualificationsGraduation from an Association of Diving Contractors (ADC) accredited schoolA minimum of 5 years of experience in diving operationsMust be first aid and CPR certified.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage high pressure situationsMust be able to pass a dive physicalCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the Unites StatesMaintain a clean driving record and background
