Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead scaffold erection crews while working hands-on in the field. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced erector looking to step into a leadership role or expand their supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily crew operations across active job sitesOversee safe, efficient, and productive scaffold erection activitiesCoordinate material staging, jobsite organization, and clean-upMentor and train junior crew members to ensure skill development and safety complianceTravel regionally within a ~200-mile radius as neededMust-Have Qualifications:Hands-on experience with scaffolding installationNatural leadership qualities and proven ability to direct a teamWillingness to travel regionally for project coveragePreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish/English)Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans or blueprintsBenefits:100% employer-paid individual health insurancePartial family medical coverageFuel allowance and travel stipendFuture 401(k) participation programIdeal Candidate:A dependable, hands-on leader with strong field experience in scaffold erection, who’s ready to step up and take ownership of jobsite success.
