Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing on construction defects and other related litigation matters. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of federal and state court systems.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courtsConduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions and pleadingsManage discovery processes, including depositions and document reviewDevelop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clientsNegotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitrationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulationsCollaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case managementQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive state bar membershipMinimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigationStrong knowledge of construction defect litigationProficient in drafting legal documents and conducting depositionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
