Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney specializing in catastrophic cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients who have suffered severe injuries and will be responsible for managing all aspects of complex personal injury litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.Develop case strategies and build strong arguments to support clients' claims.Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary to advocate for clients' best interests.Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information and evidence for cases.Stay updated on laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and insurance claims.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on catastrophic cases.Demonstrated success in handling complex, plaintiff-side litigation.Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
