Corporate Controller Role in Green Bay AreaWe are working on a Corporate Controller position for a regional bank out of the Green Bay Area. This position is open as part of succession planning and will be the right hand person to the President.Job Duties:Assist President with financial activities and annual budget preparationMonth-end close process including preparation and posting of journal entriesReviews and audits third party vendors and maintains current information on contracts with the bankEstablish (in coordination with Leadership) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basisParticipates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectivesAnnually audits the reconciliation of all internal accountsMonitors portfolio for unusual transactions which may lead to purchasing or selling securitiesImplement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to national and local legal standardsJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field6+ years of accounting experienceFinancial Services/Banking OR Public Accounting experience REQUIREDProcess improvement mindsetCommunication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationIf this particular role is not of interest, our team is engaged in over 30 separate searches in the area.Jobs include: Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager, FP&A Manager, Controller, Director of Finance, CFOEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
