Healthcare Construction SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Healthcare Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for healthcare facility projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction operations on healthcare projects.Ensure project compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.Manage subcontractor performance and enforce quality control measures.Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Implement and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the construction process.QualificationsProven experience in healthcare construction management.Strong understanding of healthcare facility regulations and building codes.Experience with budgeting and scheduling for construction projects.Excellent site supervision and quality control skills.Knowledge of construction methods and safety management practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.Experience with contract administration and vendor management.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
