Sales Assistant

Marble Unlimited is a 100% Mexican company with 30 years of experience and the confidence of more than 10,000 clients, being the commercial leader in natural stones and fine woods in Mexico and USA.Job Overview:Attract new clients to the company and manage MNU´s commercial relationships, advise clients on the purchase of products. Seeks to recover clients and provide timely and appropriate follow-up.Your responsibilities will include:Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, get client's information in order to assign them to the correct sales repGreet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, offering them a water/coffee and wait for a sales repAssisting clients in finding their way around the office. Announcing clients as necessary.Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.Preparing meeting and training roomsReceive clients and assign them to their sales rep or if it is a new client, assign them to the correct available sales repBe in constant awareness of clean bathrooms, reception area, and office supplies needed(paper, ink, coffee, cookies,)Coordinate cleaning services with the oursourcing companyProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/samples shipments from sales repsQualificationsWell organized and self-disciplinedCustomer service skills Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive.Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written.Multilingual a plus.Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM organized, Smartphone experience.
