Job Title: Wastewater Treatment Plant ForemanJob Location: Nashville, TN + Travel to greater central TN area (Accommodation provided)Salary: $80k-120kRequirements: 5+ years of civil construction experience. 2+ years of Wastewater Treatment plant construction experience.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Wastewater Treatment Foreman to lead crews in heavy civil and water/wastewater construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise crews on heavy civil and water/wastewater construction projects.Oversee site work, including excavation, grading, pipe installation, concrete structures, and utility construction.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.Monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and maintain quality control.Train and mentor crew members, fostering productivity and teamwork.Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in wastewater treatment preferred.Proven construction experience in a supervisory role within a wastewater treatment or similar facility.Strong understanding of civil construction and heavy civil practices.Knowledge of wastewater treatment construction processes and environmental regulations.BenefitsMedical VisionDental 401(K)BonusAnd More!
